Heloise is from an industrial fantasy setting. She's a historian who works in the Department of Archival Necromancy at the Ivyholt Central Museum. 

Heloise has pledged her service to the Devil, AKA ~the Lady~. She accidentally got her girlfriend killed as a result of her ambitions and (out of obsessive devotion) temporarily implanted her spirit into her own body, causing severe occult consequences for herself before they separated again. She’s cranky and ruthless, but she’s also a romantic.

A lot of things are wrong with her.

She has some limited necromantic ability to summon the spirits of the dead into a vessel to talk to them. Otherwise just a human woman.
